Service Description
HealthEast offers a variety of outpatient services out of the St. Joseph’s location in St. Paul and the St. John’s location in Maplewood.
The outpatient programs are licensed Rule 31 substance use disorder treatment programs and HealthEast works with the majority of funding sources. The majority of the programs are intensive outpatient treatment which operates on 3 phases through the Recovery Maintenance aftercare program for approximately 108 hours total.
Rule-outs
Medicare not accepted. If client has straight MA (no PMAP) they must go through the county to apply for Rule 25 funding.

Day Outpatient- St. Joseph’s Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:30am to 12:30pm
The program has 3 phases of treatment: (schedule can vary for each patient)
Phase 1 – 20 Sessions, Monday-Thursday, 9:30am to 12:30pm
Phase 2 – 8 Sessions, two days per week, 9:30am to 12:30pm
Phase 3- Recovery Maintenance Program, one day per week, 12 weeks
Evening Outpatient- St. Joseph’s and St. John’s Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6pm-9pm
The program has 3 phases of treatment: (schedule can vary for each patient)
Phase 1 – 20 Sessions, Monday-Thursday, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Phase 2 – 8 Sessions, two days per week, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Phase 3- Recovery Maintenance Program, one evening per week, 12 weeks
MICD Outpatient (Facilitated by Dually Licensed Counselors) – St. Joseph’s and St. John’s (St. John’s meets 9:30-12:30) Schedule
