CAP Agency

CAP Agency staff can provide assistance identifying shelter options and/or for access to a shared shelter waitlist. Shelter services are available based on both funding availability and extreme weather. Serves as a Coordinated Entry housing assessment access point.

Guild PATH

Guild PATH – Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Services connects one with housing services and other resources one needs to find safety and stability in everyday living.

Complete our PATH Referral Form and Housing Application and email them to PATH@guildservices.org or call (651) 291-0067 and ask to speak with someone from PATH Services.

Families Moving Forward works with families in need of emergency shelter. If you have children under the age of 18 and need shelter now, you may be eligible to participate in our family shelter program.

Operates a resource center in Chaska and offers a food truck to support mobile operations.
