Scott County Mental Health Center
The Scott County Mental Health Center is an outpatient community mental health clinic which provides diagnostic assessment, therapy and consultation services to the residents of Scott County.

Scott County Integrated Health Center
The Scott County Integrated Health Center offers primary, mental health, behavioral health, and dental care services.
Open Door Health Clinic offers dental and primary care services. Open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Call 507-388-2120 or visit odhc.org for more info.
Allina Health and St. Francis Regional Medical Center offer mental health and addiction services, including adult and adolescent partial hospitalization programs, adult day treatment, an adult intensive outpatient program for addiction, an adult low intensity outpatient program for addiction, and chemical health assessments.
Canvas Health provides crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term stabilization services. These services are available for both adults and children. Services can be provided in-home, in the community, in the office, or by telehealth. Crisis staff can make referrals to ongoing services and connect clients to the right mental health and social services based on their individual needs. Stabilization is available Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm, and the crisis team is available 24/7. Call 952-818-3702 to get started.
Located nearby the Integrated Health Center is a Scott County Family Resource Center, which offers family programs and parenting support, information about community resources and referrals for services, and assistance completing applications and paperwork. Hours are Mon & Wed 1–6pm, Tue & Thu 9am–4:30pm, and Fri 9am–1pm. Call 952-818-3795 for more info.
Guild
Guild offers integrated mental health, housing, and employment services to individuals living with mental illness and/or experiencing chronic homelessness. This includes case management, community treatment through community-based mobile support (Assertive Community Treatment), crisis support and residential treatment through Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), support finding employment, mobile homeless outreach, support finding housing resources, community and social activities, youth services, and more.
