Service Description

Huss Center for Recovery provides innovative treatment programming for adult men and women with co-occurring substance use and mental illness. The programs offer a full spectrum of services including gender-specific and trauma-informed residential care, mixed-gender and women’s intensive outpatient, continuing care planning and Rule 25 assessments. Our person-centered treatment services provide an integrated, interdisciplinary approach that links psychological, biological, and social factors to assist people in the process of recovery.

Rule-outs

Medicare not accepted. If client has straight MA (no PMAP) they must go through the county to apply for Rule 25 funding.

Additional Information

Daytime Programming Monday -Thursday 9:30am – 12:30pm.
Evening Programming Monday – Thursday from 6:00pm-9:00pm.
Located in the Minneapolis facility, the Intensive Outpatient program provides integrated treatment services to all genders in a trauma-informed setting. With as many as 22 hours of programming per week, the program offers flexible, customized care with low, medium or high intensity structure. The treatment team, comprised of Mental Health Professionals, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors, & student interns, helps each client develop a treatment plan that takes into consideration their own stated goals and abilities, and works collaboratively with external stakeholders to help the client reach their health and wellness goals. Clients receiving Methadone and Suboxone are welcome, and the program is equipped to treat Severe and Persistent Mental Illness as well as a spectrum of other mental health challenges. The program can last anywhere from 12-52 weeks, depending on the individual client.
