Canvas Health provides crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term stabilization services. These services are available for both adults and children. Services can be provided in-home, in the community, at our offices, or by telehealth. During stabilization, clients have access to appointments with mental health providers and peer support specialists. Crisis staff also make referrals to ongoing services and connect clients to the right mental health and social services based on their individual needs. The crisis team is available 24/7.
