This Directory lists resources for East Metro adults (18+) who have been assessed as in a Mental Health or Substance Use crisis and need follow up resources to support them in their recovery.

To Use:

  1. Check the Service Category, County and Insurance Type to find relevant services.
  2. Click on the Service for more information and to print information
