Intake Process

Washington County screens and authorizes Rule 25 Chemical Health Assessments and oversees funding for individuals who qualify for the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF), including those underinsured.  At this time we are not yet conducting Comprehensive Assessments.

• Rule 25 Chemical Health Assessments
• Treatment Funding for CCDTF
• Management of CH commitments
• Navigator case management program

Rule-outs

Must have a tie to Washington County as the County of Financial or Social Service Responsibility. Some income limitations apply.

Privately insured individuals should contact their insurance provider.
