Intake Process

Caller will receive a brief phone screening for eligibility and type of service needed. Will be referred to appropriate and available resources, including assessment for Coordinated Entry.

Service Description

A Coordinated Entry specialist will conduct an assessment with you to determine the most appropriate referral for housing services, based upon your needs and housing barriers. Referrals to housing programs are based on any health issues, previous homelessness and other factors. Supportive housing opportunities are limited, and you may wait some time for an opening.

Rule-outs

Must be a Washington County resident seeking emergency shelter and housing resources
