HealthEast offers a variety of outpatient services out of the St. Joseph’s location in St. Paul and the St. John’s location in Maplewood.

The outpatient programs are licensed Rule 31 substance use disorder treatment programs and HealthEast works with the majority of funding sources. The majority of the programs are intensive outpatient treatment which operates on 3 phases through the Recovery Maintenance aftercare program for approximately 108 hours total.
We want to make sure you feel strong and healthy – inside and out. We provide counselling to address issues like depression, anxiety and chemical abuse.

Huss Center for Recovery – Intensive Outpatient

Huss Center for Recovery provides innovative treatment programming for adult men and women with co-occurring substance use and mental illness. The programs offer a full spectrum of services including gender-specific and trauma-informed residential care, mixed-gender and women’s intensive outpatient, continuing care planning and Rule 25 assessments.

Mobile Substance Use Disorder Support Team

Refer individual in hospital or detox experiencing a SU crisis, which is defined as a critical point in the disorder where a change is desired or considered AND there are barriers to placement in SUD treatment due to issues with funding, lack of treatment openings, pre-contemplative stage of change, lack of knowledge or lack of community support to obtain treatment.
